A PLACE AT GRACE

There’s a Place for Every Woman at Grace Would you like to try an exciting new dimension in Women’s Ministry?  If the answer is “Yes”, then “Girlfriends Unlimited”  is the place for you!  Do you want an in-depth Bible Study, an early-morning Bible Study, or would you like a DVD Bible Study?Would you prefer a Women’s Bible Study during the Sunday School hour?  How about a summer Bible Study?  At Grace, we have them all. We celebrate with birthday dinners, teas, Valentine dinners, western-style dinners, spa days and more.  Also, a work in progress-a ministry for mothers of young children (Mom to Mom began April 6^th from 9:30-11:30 in the church parlor).  Special luncheons are highlights for military families.  So come on, and let’s find YOUR place!

WIDOWS’ LUNCHEONS
Join us at Grace on the 2^nd Friday of every month at 12:30 in the Narthex for a special time of fellowship, music, and GOOD FOOD.

MANNA FROM GRACE
If you’re a part of the body of Grace, here’s an opportunity for you to be blessed.  Volunteer to help prepare a meal for a family in need, as in hospitalization or death.  Call Faye Darroch at 776-1041 and let her know you’re willing to assist.

MENTORING
If you would like to mentor someone, or if you would like to be mentored, there’s a definite place for you at Grace.  You may have experienced something in the past that someone else is going through now.  Your ability to listen and perhaps, help her, my be just what someone needs. To request a mentor or offer to become one, call Betty Sue McNeill's office at (919) 774 - 4553, ext. 437.

MOM TO MOM
This Biblically-based parenting program will resume in the fall.

MISSIONS
Clay Vessels meets on the 2^nd Monday of each month in the church parlor at 10:00. With an emphasis on home missions, women often volunteer at our local Breadbasket. Annie Belle Register Missionary Society-meets the 2^nd Monday of each month in the fellowship hall, at 7:00.  Several foreign missionaries are supported by this group. Two scholarships to deserving Grace seniors are awarded annually by this group. The women also sponsor a favorite event, our Mother-Daughter Breakfast. They also sponsor a church-supported remembrance for college students.
